[Lowe's] Cuisinart 2-Speed Silver Food Slicer ($25) or Stainless Steel Combo Steam and Convection Oven ($159) + others - YMMV

Cuisinart 2-Speed Silver Food Slicer ($25 reg $99) https://www.lowes.ca/product/food-slice ... cer-779757

Stainless Steel Combo Steam and Convection Oven ($159 and regular price seems more like $250)
https://www.lowes.ca/product/toaster-ov ... ven-779754

YMMV - have to find it in local stock (limited), price might vary depending on location.

There is also
Cuisinart 56-oz Silver 10-Speed 750-Watt Velocity Ultral Blender for $99, reg $150 (but not in all stores - at least in Kingston, Belleville).
Cuisinart 5.5-Quart 12-Speed White Countertop Stand Mixer for $239 but it is $249 on Amazon so not necessarily a great deal. Also limited stock.
Cuisinart 8-Cup 350-Watt Silver 2-Blade Food Processor for $84.99 which seems to be going for $105 elsewhere, so again, warm. Also limited stock.

To see what is available in your local store, search Cuisinart and then select Clearance:
https://www.lowes.ca/search?query=cuisi ... DClearance
(and compare prices elsewhere as the savings may not be as good as they appear)

If there are problems with the specific links then use the last general link above.

The problem with the steam convection oven is capacity. It's too small to be useful for a lot of foods.

Awesome picked up the Cuisinart 2-Speed Silver Food Slicer ($25), had to change over to the Markham North location to get as the closer location had zero stock. Reviews on the net are mixed, however for the price figured why not take a chance. Mainly want it for Zucchini and Carrots rather than bringing out our big Kitchenaid stand mixer and attachments.

The Lowes site did some kind of auto sign up for "Visa - Click to pay" service which i need to research more, has something to do with Visa details being remembered so the details are entered automatically. I don't know much about it however suspect many retailers will be pushing along with Visa who manages the service.

I'm suspect of anyone running a service with my CC details and information, so i googled and took me to the Visa site where i deleted my account details. CC details should be in my hands only do not need the information in another database where it can be hacked.

In time i might sign back up, however for now when i shop Lowes i will have to go back to Visa to delete the account as it was automatically registered through their shopping cart payment process.

Cheers.

If my order isnt filled then I'll appreciate you gifting me one...heehee!

Hope our orders are processed quickly otherwise I suspect the floor stock will be sold to in store patrons wandering around who see the sale price on floor.

Didn't want to make a physical trip however as only 3 in stock, might have been gone by the time I got there.

My store actually had 12 in stock. Ordered 2 and received the pickup confirmation within the hour, which was a surprise. Funny thing is my store now shows 21 in stock.

Stand mixer and attachments to slice zucchini and carrots?

Knife or mandoline (for super consistency) is the way to slice.

Picked it up and brought it home, my daughter already absconded with it for her condo as space is limited and this fits her needs...lol.

I like that the cord wraps right up inside and clips to the underside of the unit, thought I was missing the cord till I looked underneath.

I have found with the chain-wide clearance items like this, the price in the store is not updated. A couple of times I have had the customer services clerk comment "We had no idea why there were so many orders for this". It just happened with the Igloo Cooler deal.

I suspect people on the internet check far more frequently than prices are updated. Myself, I check Lowe's clearance section for my stores once or twice a week. So many hidden gems you can find and the two stores near me are good at fulfilling the items.

For us the size is a real + in the spot its been for the last 5yrs.I don't use the steam but the convection oven is high quality and is used all the time and would be missed. Still works great but I grabbed one for a backup as the price as is the same as as it was when I got my first at cdn tire discontinued sale. Thx OP

Noticed some of the specific links above are sometimes giving errors - if you encounter this, this general search link seems to work:
https://www.lowes.ca/search?query=Cuisi ... DClearance

If you still don’t see a specific item you might need to change the store to find one which has it in stock.

Will the Cuisinart Food Slicer speed up making a salad? I assume tomatoes are too soft but will it slice peppers, cucumbers, onions?
