Lowes GTA- Free Gallon of Paint First 50 Customers May 4 & 5

Deal Link:
Lowes Flyer - front page - I have no idea if it's country wide - first 50 customers (limit 1 per family) who visit the "paint service desk" can pick up a coupon at the Paint Dept. Redeemable until June 30 for a $61.99 gallon of Sico Muse paint.
The small print says nothing about minimum purchase requirement.

Only question is, can we pick up a gallon and tint it later? sometime they want a receipt before they tint it.

I got one and my wife got one. They were all distributed by 07:05 am. The last people in line did not get.

Nationwide, for sure. Works in Alberta. There were not even 50 people in line at 7:00 am.

Don't bother heading to Vaughan (McNaughton Rd).

I arrived at 7:32. The 50 mark was reached at 7:30.

I really scored on this deal. I got my free can yesterday and went back today to get another as well as to buy a third one for 35% off. When the cashier ran it through it gave both cans for 1 cent each. He noticed but decided to let it go. Great value :)

Wife and I went again today. The line up in Vaughan (Maj Mack) ON was over 70 people and needless to say there were some sad faces when the coupons ran out.

I did not understand how it scanned as 1 cent. Can you please elaborate?

Line today was longer than yesterday. Maybe the 8:00 Sunday opening, an hour later than Saturday, was more incentive. Got there around 7:45 and scored more paint. It was done within 5 minutes.
