Thanks OP, picked one up at Canadian Tire as I needed one and I don't have a lowe's or home depot near me. At least they matched the price. Thumbs Up Sign

I can testify that these things are awesome. We use them at the plant we work at and we’ve dropped kicked these, tossed 30 plus feet, ran into them with fork lifts, and to top it off wash them with harsh chemicals every week. They last 5 plus years in these conditions. I have two at home and they look brand new at 3 years of straight sitting outside in direct sunlight.

How secure is the lid? How does it do outdoors? All my rubbermaid ones have tiny tabs that hold the lid down, and they snap off in the winter, so the lid becomes a sail in the wind.

Mine been outside in the winter with lid on and the tabs have never broke. Lid has never flown off when I’ve attached it properly.

FYI - $34.99 delivered from the Costco Business Centre:
https://www.costcobusinesscentre.ca/rub ... 00435.html

I know they have them instore at the Costco Business Centre but no idea what the cost is.

Edit: Obviously if you get it delivered you need to meet their minimum, but good if you are near the Business Centre as it will be the same price or less.

Interesting link you provided, I didn't realize there was something called a Costco Business Center website. I just use the Costco app on my phone and it doesn't show this Rubbermaid brute container. I tried using your link but it doesn't let me sign in, I've been an executive member for probably 20 years now and when I do enter my postal code it says they don't deliver to that area anyways and I get Costco deliveries all the time.
Very strange.

It has to be a Costco Business Center location - this is different from a normal Costco. In Ontario there are three (St Catharines, Scarborough, and Gloucester). Not for everyone but just thought I'd give a heads up as that's their everyday price and they always stock a lot of them.

Not really since if you try to fill it up, it'll be too heavy for both yourself and the yard waste pickup crew.

These are great for aquarium water storage since they are strong enough to hold water and food safe.

Are these Costco Business center's open for in store shopping like regular Costco's? I assume they are bigger and have more and different stuff then other Costco's? And if so what would be the address of the Scarborough one. I'm about 50 minutes away from scarborough.

Thanks.
