FYI, Lowe's clearance items are not refundable, confirmed with online chat agent. Some comments say the fitment is poor.
I have the Costco green egg and not 100% if it fits.... Guess I will pass.

I have Large BGE and it fits fine. I got this at last Lowe's clearance and used it all summer. Highly recommended... even just for chicken and turkey this thing is totally worth it IMO.

Perhaps it depends on the store. I returned a clearance item last week with no problem (Niagara Falls). The item was unopened, so not sure if that made a difference.

I have the joetisserie and LOVE it.

This is a great deal, its regular price is more than $300 at most other retailers.

It will work with any 18" round kamado type grill, including the large Big Green Egg. Anyone with a kamado who is on the fence, I urge you to pick it up.
Its wedge shape ring will allow the hinged lid to close like a pacman mouth on it and make a seal all around.

Many use this for chicken, but some of my favourites are:
-picanha!!!
-my gringo version of al pastor style cooking for mexican food
-homemade shawarma .
- pair with the napoleaon basket for the best wings ever.

motor is very powerful as well, while rotisseries ive had in the past struggle with larger cuts, I've made the last 2 thanksgiving turkeys on my joetisserrie. sooooo good.

Great review. I picked one up - hope it fits on my Sapphire Grill. Diameter is 22" on the outside which seems to be the correct size.

Have you tried Shwarma? How does it turn out considering its horizontal versus the traditional verticle rotation? I tried this before on my regular gas BBQ rotisserie and it was a fail.

That hasn't been my experience. Last week I purchased THIS for $53.99 and the $10 coupon code worked fine. A great deal for $43.99! I also picked up one of those Craftsman socket sets on clearance before Christmas and was able to use the coupon code.

Do you think it fits the Costco one? I forgot the model and it is currently under a ft of snow!

We are JoeTisserie users for years now! We use it on a BGE though. I can’t recommend it enough. Absolutely love this thing and it will be getting a bunch of use this summer. Any questions just ask.

We bought the aftermarket basket off Amazon and fill it with raw chicken wings. Mind blowing good. Season them with your favourite dry rub and toss em in a bowl with sauce right out of the basket

I have a Kamado Big Joe 2, someone mentioned it fits but do they make a larger sized model or there only one size available and it’s intended to work on every size?

Anyway for Quebecer’s to get in on this and if not is their a location I can pickup close to Montreal?

Wonder if this will work on my Vision Kamado classic that I purchased years ago at Costco. Its suppose to be the same size as a big green egg, but the website measurements says 18 7/8″ diameter grate. I had picked up a $30 rotisserie accessory from walmart a while back and was hoping to jerry rig it into my kamado.

There are several questions here about size, I pulled out the tape measure. Measured in the dark so it may not be 100% accurate.
I have the kamado joe classic 2.

inside diamater of my 18" grill that fits this device is actually 18.75" Outside is 22"

inside diamater of the joetisserie ring that sits snug inside the ceramic dome is 18.5". Outside part of the ring that sits atop the bbq's ring "shelf" is 20.5"

If you have a larger grill, Kamado joe makes a model for the big joe 24" grill, but lowes doesnt appear to have any more in stock.

my KJC2 grill also has a 22" outside diamater. I think you are in luck. Hopefully it works out for you.
My first attempt at shwarma was also kind of sketchy, where i tried to cut it off as it cooked. Second time around i did this method which was a success

sorry, not sure what the 'costco' one is... i havent seen a kamado at my local costco for a few years now. but back in the day i beleive they had a 24" kamado. the big joe version of the joetisserie would probably fit that one, not this one tho. check the measurements i posted.

its not a one size fits all. the metal ring is designed specifically for either 18 or 24" kamados. unfortunately for you it appears lowes is only clearing out the 18" version.

Thats a great deal and a great accessory for the BGE or KJ -- great for doing wings!

The $10 sign up, does not work for KJ products.
