Looks like a great idea but i'm iffy on the mediocre fence that everyone comments about. It's a tough choice on this one for me, the price is so low with the included stand...

I bought this saw at the same price. fence is ok... It works. Can't complain for the price you pay.

We're all bozos on the bus until we find a way to express ourselves...

Failure is always an option...just not the preferred one!

I have this saw and it's been great. The fence isn't an issue at all. It takes a few extra secs to square up when you move it, or you can set the fence square and then use the table slide to adjust it. There's some YouTube videos explaining it.
Buy the saw and a good Diablo blade and it'll run great for a long time
