I bought this for around the same price in January. Completed my entire hardwood flooring with this and an old Craftsman Mitremate saw. The kobalt did really well. I had put in a dewalt ripping blade rather than the stock blade.

You gotta read the trick about lining and locking the fence up with the blade, then moving the sliding table while measuring the distance between blade and fence for rips. Very accurate and straight that way.

This saw is very mobile and easy to fold up / unfold.

I got it for around $150 on Father's day a couple of years ago, it's a great saw.

Still a decent deal op. If you buy in store with a small filler, you get a $50 gift card when you spend $250+ which makes it pretty good.

Already bought this saw for same price a while back and also completed a laminate floor project. Likely took a bit of life out of the blade but it did the job well. Good buy if you need it.

How long is the blade shaft? Will it take a dado blade?
