Some stores had/have them for $149.

A thread popped up not too long ago about these.

There was a thread about those tools a while ago. They're absolutely worth it. Only issue is that you probably won't see much support in the future. No 8ah batteries in Canada as far as I can tell. Charger is slow and the new one is sold only in the US as well.

Despite Barrie Lowes saying out of stock online.

There is 4 physically on the floor for $299 still.

At $149, I'd jump all over them - but $299 I'll still pass.

Like others have said, the deal has been $150. If you think $300 is unbeatable and you must have this set, then quite a few FB marketplace sellers are selling for $300-350.

I haven't seen anybody mentioning it, but the box seems to be sturdy and probably worth $50 alone. I wish the bigger Ridgid sets come with a box like this rather than a big, long bag which is a pity to carry the tools.

I bought all 3 avilable in store when it was 149.99 , i kept one for myself and after a few jobs , i still think it is an incredible deal even at 299.99
excellent set of tools for the price.
I've used major brands a lot before and still have some but i love this set.
Anyone who thinks ths is too expensive simply don't need this.

Insane value @ $149 or $300. Each tool alone is still going for $150-$200 each.

Now they need to slash the battery prices like they did this set.
