Bought this and really happy with it. The cord isn’t a concern and at the price it’s a good tool!

Unfortunately you're not going to get a battery or a charger with your purchase. That description is completely wrong for the product (not brushless and Tool-only, as indicated everywhere else other than the description). I would guess they copied it over from a different blower in the Ryobi lineup (https://www.homedepot.ca/product/ryobi- ... 1001540198) which goes for $298

Picked it up yesterday and took it for a spin-- I'm impressed. It's powerful but also very quiet for how much air it pushes. Thanks OP, I think I'm sold on the turbine technology

Particularly good for use as a car dryer due to the high volume/high speed combination which is rare. As far as I know, it's only beat by big brother Worx WG521. I use the 521 for my car, and the 520 for the lawn & garden.
This is what I wanted to know, thanks!

I just ordered one but I have my doubts whether battery is included.

My guess battery alone is $100 plus?

It would be a hot deal if battery is included since it is already $30 off.

But other parts of ad say:
1) "RYOBI 18V ONE+ 100 MPH 250 CFM Lithium-Ion Cordless Leaf Blower/Sweeper (Tool-Only)"
2) "Battery/Charger Tool Only"

I'm pretty certain the battery is not included. Don't forget you need a charger as well, if you haven't already bought into the Ryobi 18V ecosystem.

If you're set on buying this cordless blower + battery/charger kit, I would maybe wait until all the details of Ryobi Days is announced.

2 batteries - $139 https://www.homedepot.ca/product/ryobi- ... 1001604126
1 battery - $129 https://www.homedepot.ca/product/ryobi- ... 1001618236

Crazy pricing. Above DOES NOT include charger.

I just bought it with the 2 batteries plus charger. Another toy to play with.

LOL. Maybe I should try.

Better yet, I will buy 2 batteries and charger for $138 and return 1 battery 2 separate times so 2 x $129 back = $258.

Then I would make (2 x $129) - $78 - $138 = $42!!! Face With Tears Of Joy

How many times you think HD will let me do that?

The Ryobi brushed ONE+ blower (if this is the one people are talking about for $79) will be far weaker than this and will run batteries down quickly, being a blower.

Even comparing the ratings, the "cheap Ryobi" is less than half the airflow of this corded Worx unit.

As I said on the Ryobi Days thread the only ONE+ blower that's going to have any decent power to it is the HP Brushless model and even that one is only rated for 350 CFM, compared to 600 CFM on the Worx corded model. The two HP 4.0 batteries at $139 isn't bad (though this was $129 before), but then you also need a charger presuming you have no ONE+ stuff at all. Even getting the ONE+ HP blower at $120 (doing return trick with mower), adding another $139 (2x HP 4.0s), plus say another $20 for a cheap/slow charger off kijiji, that's still gonna be an insane $260 for a blower that's not even that good or 4x the cost of the corded Worx. Granted, you'd be getting ONE+ batteries/charger for use with more tools in the future.

If your main goal is a blower and you want to go cordless for cheap, better to find a deal on a Ryobi 40V blower instead. Even the most common brushed RY40480 model is like 525 CFM (much closer to this corded Worx). You can get that and a string trimmer and a 4Ah battery & charger in a kit for $290, which isn't bad (it was $10 cheaper last year but so was everything lol). Even better if you can find a 40V blower kit on clearance for less (or in a DTO sale though the 40% sale they just had just ended on Sunday so won't be another good sale for a little while).

What? No. That's not how return trick works. It doesn't work on single items (regardless of how many of things are in that item). It only works when you have promos where you are buying one item and getting the other "free", meaning two or more completely different item scans.

The Website doesn't list this Worx Leaf Blower anymore,
But I was at the Lowes Milton, Ontario location and asked if they had any more. To my surprise they had 2 in-stock. I picked 1 up for $69.99. The packaging is very compact.

Thanks for the tip! I went to a nearby Lowe's and found several boxes of the item sitting in the shelves amongst the other leaf blowers. Note: there was no price tag for it, and it's not shown on the website anymore. However, I scanned it at self-checkout and it was $69.99 as indicated by the StockTrack website.
