[Lowe's] Rain-X De-icer washer fluid - Under $2 YMMV

Lots of Rain-X Ice for under $2.00 as part of the 70% clearance. 2 of my local 6 Lowe's/Rona had lots of stock so YMMV

Don't use these in german cars. Especially Mercedes. There is some residue it leaves behind on the level sensor that messes them up.

Is this de-icer windshield washer fluid or the canned de-icer?

I'd be going back to the dealer and getting it free. This is RFD, and that is trash service from MB.

I find that the Turbo Power solution tends to leave streaks when used. Still using the -45 PC brand I bought a few Boxing Days back. Going to try Reflex next when it's on sale again.

Anything other than this Rain-x crap will work fine. Just make sure it's rated -40 or better.
Turbo power is usually cheap and never freezes. (as long as the person driving has a brain and knows to keep the windshield warm rather than their feet)

Same for Ram 1500. Just went through this and had to pull the sensor to clean it.
