Lucky Mobile International Calling Questions (Eg SG/HK)

Guys:

Quick question -- on calling international to say, Singapore or HK, for a lucky mobile user, do you guys buy a Service Pass or do you just do an add on? If the former, have you guys noticed the price difference versus the add on? I've yet to try the occasional calling option eg Service pass but since it might just be a one time call, might be more worth it... Appreciate your thoughts. (also, was it difficult to activate a service pass? or as easy as how you guys load up your monthly top up)

Many thanks

Using an add-on requires some planning. It can only be added on your monthly charge date so you need to request it beforehand. It's recurring until you remove it. A service pass you can add anytime and it's just a one time thing. You're texted a link to buy one when you do something not included in your plan. Any purchases are deducted from your account balance. As you noticed, the service pass has less minutes than the add-on for the same price. Another thing is the add-on can be purchased in your online account but to buy a service pass you need to have the phone on you. The link to buy a service pass is same for everyone but it's reading something off your sim card or what not so it only shows options specific to your plan. This might be important if you're managing an account for a relative.

Thank you so much for the immediate reply... You provided all the differences which were not explicitly stated in their website (the site did indicate the process but didn't say how it exactly worked for the pass, for example - eg phone specific, harder for managing a relatives phone)... Keep safe!

did you see the add on?
you will need 2, 1 for HK ( Region 1) , and one for SG ( Region 2)

you can use Fongo App ( use data or wifi)
https://www.fongo.com/fongo-mobile/
is only $2 cents a minute to HK or SG
