Lucky Mobile service pass issue
I signed up with Lucky Mobile on September 10th on a Dollarama promotion. Basically I got the $40/month plan with 4 Gb + 500 Mb bonus data. I ran out of data today and Lucky is supposed to text you a link to get a service pass to add data. No text came, and I have yet to find a way to talk to customer service. The phone menu just goes in circles. I went to The Source as well and they managed to speak to someone who said everything is self serve. Obviously this is no help. I already have $45.00 sitting in the prepaid account for next month but I have already had enough of this particular Bell offshoot. Anyone have any ideas though how to get a service pass if you don't get a text? Thanks for any help!
