Lufthansa Lounges @ FRA with Amex Platinum

I stumbled across this link - https://www.americanexpress.com/us/campaigns/lufthansa/ where it appears that you can use the business lounges at FRA regardless of the class of ticket purchased. When I use the US lounge finder link - https://global.americanexpress.com/loun ... cale=en-US, I see the Lufthansa lounges, however when I click on them to get more details, nothing comes up. When I use the Canadian finder - https://global.americanexpress.com/loun ... cale=en-CA, the Lufthansa lounges don't appear.

Is it possible that the access is limited to those with US platinum cards? Does anyone have experience accessing the lounges with their platinum cards?

Thanks.

There are other lounges you can get into at FRA with the priority pass select that comes with your Amex platinum

I was in the Lufthansa lounge forgot which terminal nothing particularly special. Average food beer on tap ok liqour and a nice candy spread plus showers.

There was only one other lounge listed in terminal 1, the LuxxLounge or something along those lines, but I read that it was before security. Are you able to go from terminal to terminal without crossing security at FRA?

We were just in FRA. The PP lounge in T1 is before security. When we found out the PP lounge is outside, we still had time, so went to T2 for the Priority Lounge there. There was another PP lounge, but this one had hot food, alcohol, dessert, so it was decent. Afterwards, going to T1, we still had to go through a small security check, meaning we had to pour liquid out. But at least we enjoyed the hot food.

Arrgh, thanks for the input. We have a 3 hour lay over, so we should have enough time to make it to another terminal, and get back for our flight, we'll just leave some extra time to get through security there.

The benefit for the FRA lounge was supposed to end May, 2019, but have been extended to October 31, 2019, so it looks like they forgot to add it back. It's a global benefit; not country specific.
