Magnetic Rowing Machine deals

Are there any Magnetic Rowing machines going on? Looking at the $600 and less category. I figured I might as well start at that price point and then get something better once I max out the limitation. The Concept 2 seems good but can be noisy and take up lots of room at home.

Also, are there places that you can have them deliver and assemble it for you?
