Still missing 4 orders from Jul 06, Oct 05 and Dec 01. Still have hope for Jul order, longest ever was 9 months I think.
I am still waiting 4 shipments to be delivered with some already arrived at destination country (Canada) for orders in June and July.

I bought something from the 11/11 sale with shipping through AX standard shipping. Its using Singapore post for me and it's been stuck at "dispacted to overseas" since Nov 21. I've read that you're likely to end up with Singapore post with AX shipping, so I wish I did epacket or paid for DHL just to have it here by now. Singapore post sucks.

I bought some the week before 11.11 but it was shipped really late, Nov 18 via ePacket. I got it Dec 8. I think AliExpress Standard Shipping can also ship via ePacket or UBI. Depending on where the origin is. Seems to be if it’s from China, ePacket will not go through SingPost. If it does go through SingPost though, heard that it takes a long time.

Most of my AX standard has been UBI. Only 1 has been Singpost. That one took just about 90 days...

I have a package from AliExpress that's has left country of of origin and is enroute since Nov 7th
It must be lost but Ali express doesn't even have a way to talk to a customer rep. Anyone else have a package with that message that long delayed?

Is it through SingPost? If so, that is very delayed as there is lack of flights through Singapore. AliExpress’ EVA bot is hard to bypass but if your buyer protection time is almost past, you can open a dispute. Otherwise you can Google for ways to get to a real person on AliExpress.

2-3 month shipping time is actually quite normal for aliexpress orders. Don't think you can open a dispute until buyer protection runs out.

Have an order shippd in Nov. that was released by Canada custom in Mississauga but no updates since Dec. 7 when expected delivery was Dec. 9.

It's been a while since Dec 9th. I'd definitely contact a Canada Post agent and ask about it. If the parcel was lost or the item was delivered to the wrong address, you can get a refund from the seller (and the seller can try to raise a claim with Canada Post to get their money back too).

Did you get any updates? I'm in a similar situation. My package is in status COLLECTED FROM AIRPORT TERMINAL at YVR (Vancouver) **the step right after what your tracking says** since the 22nd with no updates since. I've never had a package from China come in to YVR so I'm already really confused and concerned. I'm assuming it's with Canada Post at this point but they told me they have no information except that the shipping label was created by the seller on the 16th hahaha I'm beginning to think my package is lost in the void lol

If the value of the item under $25, it is not worth the time and effort for all parties involved. Buyer should just open a dispute with aliexpress and file for a refund within 15 days after the 90 day "Buyer Protection" expires. The usual valid reason is "shipping abnormal" for item still in transit but not received.

When you have "Eva" responding, You can bypass this bot, just type "Human", hit send/enter and a live person will respond.

I'm in a similar boat with two packages. One from the UK and one from US. Looks like customs was on holidays so they must have a big backlog now

Just a reference point.. I also bought something during 11/11 sale with AX standard shipping. Seller used Singapore Post and "despatched to overseas" on Nov 21. It finally arrived in Mississauga on Dec 27 and cleared customs on Dec 29. It is enroute to BC expected delivery date is Jan 5.

Bought some shoes as a gift from Sportchek on the 11th. They finally went on transit on the 22nd in Calgary but no updates these last 8 days at all. Between the date I ordered and today Ive bought two pairs of shoes from footlocker at different times and they were shipped from Ontario to BC within 14 days.

So I have one parcel from the UK that has been in Mississauga since 12/23 and one from the us that has also been in Mississauga since 12/30 with no update to each since item will be presented to customs. Anyone else on this scenario?
