Mailbox in Florida, forward mail

Does anyone know where to find a mailbox in Florida, near West Palm Beach, where I can get mail delivered from banks, and then have the mail forwarded for a low price. This cannot be a UPS store because this cannot be a "Commercial Mail Receiving Agency" or else banks will not send mail. Please list the name of any place you know of.
