Mailbox Service Suggestions??

I was just wondering if anyone knows of a fairly priced physical mailbox service in Mississauga or Oakville? I've looked into getting a PO box setup through Canada Post but find that it would be best to have a physical mailing address if possible. Thanks.

Obviously this is a city-specific question, so you would probably get a better response by putting your city in the title.

For comparison, the lowest prices for a mailbox around Vancouver vary from about $160/yr in the city to $120/yr in the suburbs. Pay more for larger mailbox, parcel receiving service, courier receiving service, high-rent locations etc.

Most locations don't care if you put "Suite #" or "Box #" or whatever, based on the image you want - but keep in mind that anyone who is interested can easily go to Google Streetview these days and see what's at that address.

Thanks, I've seen that Canada Post offers PO boxes for under $200/year. I was looking for alternative options. I'm in the Toronto area.
