Ontario a place to blow ( your budget that is ) China ca. Build a hospital in 10 days , Canadian contractor can’t even lay asphalt down within 4 years lol, seems always like the same section on highways gets repaired that yonge and 401 bridge has been repaired 5 times in 15 years lol

Not a fan of bumper stickers, but ...

If someone were to come out with one using the same colours as the failed license plate saying "U Blue It".
I'd be first in line.
Social Distancing means staying apart 2 meters or 6 feet, the depth of a grave.
Get closer and you might have one foot in the grave. (Pass it on)

Kinda sounds like the work they did westbound between the Allen and the 400. Deep resurfacing and new noise barriers. That took a while... I don't believe it's done yet.

I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want to stay in this modular hospital they hacked together in 10 days.
Deal with it.

They should take advantage of coronavirus and just block the highway and work 24/7.

They're replacing 5 bridges on Hwy 401 across the entire width of the highway. Do you have a quicker way of doing it without shutting the entire highway down for 1 year?

5 bridges is no big deal in Toronto. It's not like they have to build on sand or at 10,000 feet in the mountains. If it's like other highway construction projects I have seen, they will have 20 people and 5 trucks working for a year on one bridge, instead of 200 and 50 and finishing in two week. That's why China can build a bridge over open sea faster than Ontario can enlarge the darn 401 in Toronto.

Again, how do you replace all 5 bridges without impacting traffic while accelerating the schedule? Adding more workers doesn't do anything if you can't access the areas. You haven't considered the constraints.
