Edit: Scratch that. Hosting a contest to give out passes would be a nightmare. I'll stick to answering questions about the sale and product availability.
When given enough time, all threads on RFD can and will go off on a tangent.

Are you getting this confused with the Mac Warehouse Sale? Because I've had no trouble with this sale

In recent years it has been fully stocked including sunscreen on Saturday and Sunday

Even NARS eyeshadow!

Hi! Can you let us know which lines will be available for Shiseido?
Or if its easier, which lines will not be available?

Particularly interested in: Shiseido Ibuki and Bio-Performance
for Nars: All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation

thank you!

Are there are any specific items that you're looking for (i.e. shades)? I can ask the appropriate individuals for you, and possibly get a count too. Stock info is sparse at this point, even for employees; I'll try to get more info as we approach the sale date. But right off the bat, I will say that this is the first warehouse sale that will have ibuki items available. I think we had sample sized ibuki products last time, but I wouldn't really count those.

I've never been to one of these sales before, are the discounts worth the chaos for someone who doesn't plan on spending hundreds of dollars on makeup stock? :)

No strollers or children under 12? That looks like warning to me HA

Why don't they do this in Saskatoon? -_-

I'm looking at last year's list (which shouldn't be any different from this year's list), and it says we should have items from Pureness, the Skincare, White Lucent, Benefiance, Shiseido Men, Suncare and fragrances. And of course, we are stocking Ibuki for the first time this sale! I don't see Bioperformance on the list, but I'll check up on that and follow up with you soon.

@mirandasummer, the Nars stuff is a little disorganized right now, but I'll try to see if we have CC in custard for you.

For example, if I'm looking at a sheet of drywall, I don't expect there to be 10 women behind me trying to grab drywall over my shoulder.

Hi

I've never gone to the warehouse sale before. Do they have a lot of parking available? What is the cost of foundation and concealers for Nars and Shisheido? Do you know if they sell hairspray by any chance? Is it better to go on Sunday (less lineup? do prices drop on the last day?) Sorry for all the questions. I live rather far away, so I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to go.

They do not have a lot of parking onsite, mainly poeple park on the road and walk. It's not terrible. If you get there super early you may be able to get parking inside the lot, but I never have, and I usually go about an hour before the sale starts (on the Saturday).

I got a powder foundation from Nars for $15, I think, last year. The duo eyeshadows were $10 and the singles were $8, I believe. Lipsticks were $10 I think. Sorry I'm not more certain of the prices, it's been a while.

It may be better to go on the Sunday, I think I heard the nail polish is a little cheaper then. But I don't know for sure. I do know more stuff is sold out on Sunday, so I personally go on Saturday.

Shhh....

As for parking, it's not too bad. The early birds will get our parking lot spots, and people who come later will typically park on Allstate. We should have people directing traffic, so if a spot opens up, they'll tell you where to go.

From personal experience, finding a spot typically takes no longer than 10 minutes; people are usually checking out and leaving as fast as others are arriving.

Yup, there is stuff for men. The men Shiseido cleansers are amazing - the foam up really well; there is also emulsions, not sure if I saw any cream moisturizers, though. The products are priced decently you usually pay 75% of what you would pay at Sephora.

Hope this helps!

NARS lip gloss were $10each. Shiseido eye liners were gone really quick, no more supplies even on VIP night. skin care products were almost 50%off which is really good price. There were some good fragrance too, issey and Marc Jacob etc. lots of shampoo and conditioner from joico, only $3per bottle.

I have two VIP passes that were given to me by a client. Each ticket is good for 2 people.
I have stuff from last year that I haven't used - spent a ton of money and the deals were awesome!
Looking to sell for best offer and meet at Scarborough Town Centre or pickup in Ajax.
