Does anyone know how the returns work at Marks? I want to buy something but if when I get it, it doesn't fit, can I return it for a full refund?

The website says this:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Mark’s purchase, within 100 days, please return your unused, unworn or Manufacturer defective item with your original receipt for a full refund (minus the shipping charge).

All returns without a receipt will be credited to a store merchandise card, at the lowest system price in the last 14 months.
All returns with a gift receipt will be credited to a merchandise card at the price paid on the gift receipt.
Shipping charges for online orders can not be refunded.
Refunds will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. If PayPal is used for payment, the item(s) may be returned to our Marks/L’Equipeur retail store locations to receive a refund. PayPal returns at our Marks/L’Equipeur store locations will credit a debit or credit card.
*Terms and conditions apply.

but I am wondering if I can return the item to a Mark's physical store so as not to incur any shipping charges upon sending the item back.

Placed order 60 minutes ago. Still no email confirmation. Now I'm worried I'll be charged and not get my order. So the "check my credit card site constantly" game starts.

Why is Canadian Tire Corp. so terrible at all things internet and customer service in general? For as long as I can remember, CT tops the list of bad in-store experiences and since websites and e-commerce became a thing, theirs are always fraught with problems. When will Canadian Tire Corporation get their crap together online? I guess never as the stock continues to soar, what's the impetus to do anything? For years now I go into any CT corp transaction preparing for the worst and being shocked when things actually go as they should or would at most any other retailer.

Yeah, I know, vote with my wallet. Unfortunately CT often is more convenient location and stock wise and I still prefer to support Canadian. Rant over, had to get it off my chest.
