Unsure expiry date

The waffle fries are okay. Since it's a limited time menu item, worth trying.

Literally at the bottom of Signature Chicken.
Looks like MB is back on the menu since KFC killed all their good offers.
$2 and change for MB is WELL worth it.

Nope. That's why I'm on the internet arguing with strangers. If I had anything better to do I'd probably be doing it.

KFC charges $29.99 for 12 piece chicken, large fries and 2 gravys. This use to be $15-16 back 10 years ago. Almost double the price now. Total insanity.

That's back when the pieces at KFC were normal sized too.. now half the size. Insanity indeed.

I mean... with some creative ordering, you could get 12pc for $16 from KFC today (as in recently, not actually today).
My lowest price per piece was $1.20 or something. Fry and gravy are a buck each when you buy in store (vs online) with something so you could cheese it and get effectively the same thing for $20.

I used to order the 12 piece but since the price kept going up, forget it. Do tell us how you get for $1.20 a piece. MB's chicken is not the same as KFC. I do enjoy it once in a while. :)

MB isn’t as crispy as either, but with how it’s cooked, it’s far juicier than both. And their portions are the largest. And why wouldn’t you want to support a entirely Canadian owned operation.

2pc for $3 was stackable with SAVE20 for a while until SAVE20 died.
That's also where you could do fries and gravy for a buck. Order a couple of them in store for the fry/gravy addon for $1. You pay a hair extra but save on the fry/gravy.

Closer to KFC regular. The breading is soft.
Spicy is where they differ though. Most places spice up their chicken. MB adds a spice powder to the cooked chicken which means their spicy can actually be spicy.

It's my favorite chicken joint.

All this talk about chicken is making me feel hungry now... Both KFC and MB is less than 5-10min walk. KFC would be preferred. :)

They are not excluded from inflation from their supply chain

Nor are they going to leave money on the table when competition is increasing prices, even if they didn’t have to increase as much

This particular deal is chicken only. But you have to get their taters (okay they are wedges but they call them taters)

And lol MB never has had 10 pieces for under $20

Except for the last month or so I visited mine like 2-3 times a week.
I've never seen them sub $2 per piece at any volumes. Did I miss a deal?

In this case, chicken alone.

For $29.01, you can get 20 pieces + a small fries at KFC on Tuesdays, 12 pieces plus a small fries would be $17.89. Granted, Mary Brown's thighs are probably twice the size but you also get the shitty wings and dry breasts, thighs and drums are the way to go imo.

Overall, I think you'd get more chicken at KFC for the same price, and better flavour (location dependent).

I had Mary Brown's twice (once sandwich, once fried chicken) and don't understand the hype.

it's big and juicy, but taste profile is worse at mb. And costs more.
