Masters of Health Informatics

Hi all,

Does anyone have insight into the career opportunities that can come out of a Masters of Health Informatics degree, assuming that you start one straight out of undergrad?

A lot of us became project managers and consultants. A handful went to med school. Small minority went into something technical.
When given enough time, all threads on RFD can and will go off on a tangent.

Did those with no background in IT/healthcare also end up finding good jobs after? Just feeling a little intimidated looking at the alumni/my cohort and their experiences!!

Clinical people will learn from the technical, and vice versa. You have the benefit of learning from both crowds - more bang for your tuition buck.

Everyone in our year ended up with relevant jobs fairly quickly - most of us had something lined up before graduation.

Where are you looking to do your Masters of Health Informatics? What other degrees do you have?
