Is Mat and Max legit?

While searching for a 33.8 oz container of Ouidad conditioner, was surprised to find a Canadian company, Mat and Max, had significantly better prices than the manufacturer or sites like Amazon. Is this authentic? What's the catch?

Not a hot deal, but yes. Have purchased Loreal Professional products from them & they are genuine.

Bought 5 max but told them to keep the mat. Mat es no bueno.
