How feasible is it to own a condo here in Toronto and a house in Florida? Stay the Summer in Toronto and the Winter there, 6 months in each country and rent out the property you are not using, just keep alternating.

I'm still in my 30s and work in tech, currently have a really good and high paying job here and own a detached in the City of Toronto. I could sell the house here, buy a condo downtown and a house in Florida, but the biggest issue to me seems to be our jobs, my wife works for the city and I'm a full time permanent employee. We also want to have kids soon.
