Saw the email too. What do you think the 2-story/detached homes will start at? I'm thinking ~730k for 2-story towns and maybe 850k for detached?

Normally I'd say yes. In this market (and with the sq ft being pretty decent) I think this is a pretty good price. I would've expected closer to high 700's for the 2000sq ft ones

No worries. Ill wait for the next one. More troubling is why I didn't get the email at all even though I got the previous one. :S
Does anyone know what the process is? We only reply to the email they send out or can we do it from their website too?

This morning saw the email arrived around 8pm last night and another email came at 12am saying registration close. Anyway I missed all of them. But wonder the reason why it is already closed 2pm according to above posts, and Mattamy still sent an email at 8pm saying it is open?
