No, it's for ANY Royale Original product. You might be able to also use the coupon at Shoppers Drug Mart when they have the single packs of facial tissue on for $0.88 like they do starting on Saturday. YMMV.
Don't let the cashier try to tell you it's for toilet paper. If they know how to read they will accept the coupon.
