In the past, the number of redemptions in the app matched the number of coupons in the physical mailer book. For example, the OP's photos shows the 2 for $7 sandwiches has 2 physical coupons. The digital app will also show the offer twice. HOWEVER, unlike the physical coupons that are gone when given to the clerk, the digital app coupons reset on the following Monday. So the 2 for $7 sandwiches redeemable 2 times should be available again on Monday, Mar 14, 2022, if the promo works as it did in the past.
This is the first time I've seen the blurb above, so I'm not certain if the McD's app coupon Monday reset will happen as in the past AND we get an additional 2 weeks of digital app coupon savings OR if the Monday reset is no more and we ONLY get 2 additional weeks of digital app coupon savings.
