Nice.

Bit unrelated - I don't know if I was influenced by their ads, but tried a Big Mac saturday and was a lot better than before. I don't go often to McDonald's for burgers (and try my best to avoid any sort of fast food, with high rate of failure) but when I go, I normally get those Angus.

Diabetes coupons
I do not see their burgers and wraps contain a lot of sugar. Just avoid sweet drinks and cookies. Your point is not making sense to me.

Yah I've had a few Big Macs since they changed the recipe and I like them, though I'll probably still stay away from them because I think they're too messy. QPC for me. Also wondering if the chicken nuggets recipe changed recently because I had some, and I swear they were the crispiest, juiciest mcnuggets I've had in a very long time.

If you keep doing that for a long time, "maybe".
Diabetes come from the combination of many factors but the major factor seems to be family history. Also, it's not just "sugary food/drinks" that can cause diabetes. Stuffing yourself with food on a frequent basis increases the chance of getting diabetes. Whether it's McDonald's or not, sugary drinks, icecream, and fries have the highest likelihood of giving you diabetes.
