Yeah I see my too (GTA). McDonalds most probably want to get their customer back because of the TimHorton also has $5 for 2 breakfast sandwitchs promotion that is going on .

The McCafe at 100 King St W (First Canadian Place) has this advertised for more than a week, saw it latest last week not sure whether it is still valid.
