I'm usually good for 1 or 2 of these per year. Thanks for the heads up OP!

I actually find it way too much, its overkill IMO. Maybe double thick is the sweet spot, but for me, I find McDonald's shakes to have bad ratio, its too much of a good thing (too thick, too much ice cream, not enough milk). I know it sounds funny lol

I know what you mean. It seems most of the drink is foam. Still bought one though, for giggles.

I agree on all accounts. I love milkshakes but I can never love the McDonald's milkshake - it's too thick!
I usually "let it sit" just to drink it lol

Can you adjust the amount of sugar going into these things, or is it predetermined in the syrup?

I don't see customization options on milkshakes
You have to ask! (other option is buy a small chocolate and small shamrock and mix it yourself)

If you're going to order a small, it looks like you'd get better value for your money with a child size. According to the menu it has 92.6% of the content of a small but costs 85.25% as much.

You know what, you're right. I broke down the amount of calories, per dollar, like you would any other deal and there's better value in the child over the small

Child - $2.89 (500 Calories)
Small - $3.39 (540 Calories)
Medium - $3.89 (730 Calories)
Large - $4.49 (1120 Calories)

Child = 173 Calories per
Small = 159 Calories per
Medium = 187 Calories per
Large = 249 Calories per

Too much sugar. They are making them sickly sweet as of late.

Lol, I misread and thought that you had to sit down to drink it because you had to pull so hard, it throws you off balance. Smiling Face With Open Mouth And Smiling Eyes
