Meat cleaver suggestions

I'm looking on some suggestions for the best meat cleaver. I read this article: https://www.gearhungry.com/best-meat-cleavers/ but they rated the Utopia as first choice even though amazon reviews weren't the greatest...and it has an partly plastic handle.

I'm always impressed at the chinese meat shops that use the cleaver to cut through the bbq duck and roast pork with ease.

I've seen some at T&T but they all seem chinese made and the blade is relatively thin and a lot seem to only have a 7" blade. I kinda want a longer blade.

Assuming your location is correct, I'd go to TInland in Chinatown.

Buy a CCK at Pacific Mall. N do your research to see which model does what you need because there are a lot of them to choose from.

Oops didn't see location. Try Richmond.
