Seems like a good deal, cheaper than regular price of non MIPS version. Regular price at MEC is $229.95, not sure when the sale expires.
Web site showed my local store (Vancouver) having none in stock but they had several in the storage room.
EDIT: Web site is now showing it unavailable. Check stock in store, as I mentioned, my local store showed none but had several. I've attached a picture of my receipt to help with pricing if needed.
