5. Nissan Altima- late models with the CVT transmissions

I don't agree with this guy, but in this case... he's not wrong.

If some lease the car for 3 or 4 years....why would they care of the car last 100k miles or not.

They probably wouldn't.

However, some buy a car and drive it for 10+ years. They likely would.

It's all relative. All the above cars are way nicer and drive better than a Hyundai Pony or Lada Signet. Lots of folks have driven a Pony or Signet over 100K miles / 160Km.
