Media Player

I currently have a Mediasonic HomeWorx HW-150PVR ATSC Digital Converter Box w/ Recording and Media Player Function http://www.mediasonic.ca/product.php?id=1365123671 It cost effective and works. However, I am looking for a new box that has following functions:

ATSC tuner
Play various movie files with subtitle / Load files from external USB HD
HDMI / RCA output

Any recommendation?
