Nice find, thanks OP.
Now should I get 256 or 512? Choices.

Nice, these are currently my choice for a drive without worrying about Samsung's questionable Canadian warranty.

There was a blazing fast 512gb Adata NVMe drive on sale the other day in the USA for $100USD. Insane. I think the prices on these drives are trending lower. Man would it be nice to have a 2tb NVMe SSD for $349 like we have been seeing on the Micron 1100 drives. These drives don't cost any more to make, it's pure markup from the manufacturers.

Pretty good price especially with the transfer speeds this ssd boasts.

Sequential Transfer Rates: Reads: Up to 3230MB/sec | Writes: Up to 1625MB/sec

It is 3D NAND TLC, but honestly for most consumers this won't make a difference.

I doubt it. That laptop probably uses an mSATA drive. Check and make sure before you buy anything.

I think this would be ideal for Dell XPS upgrade if you happen to have 128GB hard drive ones

I pulled the trigger on Jun 4 when it was $120 so cannot ask for price adjustment(15 days limit).
I installed on my Dell 5570 laptop purchased last boxing week, fresh installed windows 10 so no bloatware, only significant difference seems to be booting & shutting down time. ... lol.... Note dell has only a 5400 RPM HDD when purchased. But again I only use the laptop for simple tasks and no gaming.

Damn, this is a good deal, I had bought the 128gb one for $70 a few months ago. I would have pounced on this.

This will likely work in a Lenovo Legion Y720 as well.
