I'm assuming I'd have to buy this as well even if I have a season pass?

yup, $28-29 depending on the date... and $19 if you get your 2013 pass now.. and you get one free visit in 2012 (which I think you can give away)

Heart & Stroke is offering a limited number of Halloween Haunt tickets (at Canada's Wonderland) for $14.99 (60% off regular price) for October 25th. They are on sale now on their website:

http://www.cprundead.ca/guinness-event

Apparently, that night there will be extra entertainment (still to be released info) and they are looking to create a Guinness World Record for the most people trained on CPR at once. I'm pretty sure that will mean TV coverage of some sort...

They also have an "Undeading" theme that they are launching Oct 4 - just a guess, but I'm thinking zombies will be a key theme that night!!

CPR training starts at 7 pm for 1/2 hour. There were zombies at Yonge/Dundas square today promoting it.

So far only 2653 enrolled. http://theundeading.ca/

This is also a repost of canadas-wonderland-halloween-haunt-14-9 ... st15388802
WHAT IS THE CURRENT GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS® RECORD FOR THE LARGEST CPR TRAINING SESSION?
The Guinness World Records® record for largest CPR training session is currently held by the Singapore Heart Foundation which attracted 7,909 participants on January 16, 2011.
So, $14.99 + tax for the first 8,000 and it's $24.99 after.

It's a bit more than a week away and according to their website, they have sold 6,951 tickets. So if anyone wants the $14.99 + tax price, hurry up before they sell 8,000 tickets.

Also the park isn't open to the public beyond people participating in the event, so not only is it a cheap price, the line ups for the rides should be small.

So it says Gates will open at 5:30pm and close at 6:45pm.

That's pretty tight if you need to beat the rush hour traffic to get up there.... no entry if you are late?

Ordered 5 tickets. Very awesome, only 8000 people. As of now, 7560 tickets have been sold out of 8000. (My five haven't been added to the main count yet, so it could be even higher)
440 or less tickets left!

7,729 sold, so only 271 tickets left at $14.99 before they go up to $24.99. I wouldn't be surprised if they sell out tonight or early tomorrow morning at the cheaper price.

Also apparently because it is a private Oct. 24th will be the last day for tickets & no tickets will be sold at the event, so get them while you can.
