Has anyone seen discounts of any kind on The Economist? I remember getting free digital subscriptions all the time, now the best I’ve been able to find is about $150CAD a year.

You can often get it free through your library and their digital subscription platforms. I used to get it every week, but the quality has seriously degraded over the last several years (IMHO).

I agree it’s gone downhill, but at least they are realitively transparent with their views. Even with their liberal bias, you do end up with a pretty good understanding of current events.

It’s available through my local library via Zinio so that isn’t a problem. I did enjoy listening to the audio edition as I worked or was in the car, and their Espresso morning briefing was nice to have as well. I’d really like the paywall free access to their website, audio edition in the app, physical subscription to flip through on the couch, and other little perks that a real subscription brought to the table.

Another thought. I know they had 3 month subscriptions for $12 about a year ago when I had tried it again. (Now that I think about it, I never did get my free Economist Notebook ....). There were codes on Facebook and Twitter.

Men's Fitness was folded into Men's Journal.

Men's Health is available for free thru https://www.rewardbee.com/ - after filling out one of their surveys.
Last time I logged on, I needed to use a VPN (I used Hola in my browser) to access it but maybe not anymore.

A possible deal for people looking for magazine subscriptions:

If you want a sub to any of these magazines - https://c.magazinegoldcard.com/browse/

You can purchase a 1 year subscription for 50 cents Amazon.com e-gift card from this slickdeals thread/post - https://slickdeals.net/forums/showpost. ... ount=12337

Coke Rewards (USA) has a holiday sweepstakes where one of the secondary prizes is magazine gift codes so they are many available.

You would have to create an account on Slickdeals so you could pm them - I don't don't think you can pm from a new account until after you made a few posts.

Has anyone found how to contact Time Magazine? The link on their website is not working for me: https://w1.buysub.com/servlet/CSGateway ... g_code=TIM
I went to Time.com, scrolled down to the bottom and clicked on Customer service and got this webpage that works - https://w1.buysub.com/pubs/MX/TIM/Login ... g_code=TIM

Meh, the URL would only work in Chrome and not in Firefox for some odd reason. Anyway, thank you.
