No, I'm using the VanCity VISA card. Try a different credit card if you have one.

how long does it take for the system to register a new weekly transfer amount? i hope it's less than the 24 hours stated on the website :S

the site isnt allowing me to register, i have tried a few times last night and gotten technical error message.
but today gotten this msg, anyone else got this too????

I don't know if it's the full 24 hours but it was definitely next day when I did it. But if you requested the change today, even if it's midnight tonight you're SOL.

Apparently Equifax has wrong or outdated information for about 25% of registrants. Not a very smart choice.

After trouble last night, I was able to register myself and my sister today and cashed out with 200$ on one account and 195$ on the other. The phone's are useless, I waited an hour last night and finally hung up. I think you have a better chance at completing registration if you do it during their regular business hours.

anyone knew if CSR can change the weekly deposit limit on the spot over the phone?
I've set my limit too low during registration today and i can't deposit $100 into my account. a limit change on website will require 24 hours to take effect and the deal ends midnight today

yes they can... i did it a few hours ago... i think i was on hold for 1.5 hours, but they can.

Just a follow up too that it ends today at midnight. If you need to call for any reason call now and expect to wait.... night calling is impossible.

Registration issues can be dealt with pretty quick... just scan your driver's licence and some utility bills/phone bills/cable bills and they should be able to sort you out within 30 minutes.

i followed the instructions on OP's post. i now have $100 in casino tokens and $100 in cash balance.
Then what?? do i have to play again using the casino tokens to turn it into cash? how do i withdraw the casino tokens

EDIT: nvm just played it again and the total went up to $200

so how do I cash out the tokens? I only see the cash I deposited in the withdrawal option?
