What is the warranty on the device (would paying by credit card double the warrant as well?). Also comparing this phone to the virgin's SG2 i9100, what is the difference?

i have owned, sold, and switched to the SGS2, and I do not regret it at all. The SGS2X has a qualcomm/adreno 220 combination, and compared to the exynos/mali 400 combo, its a night and day difference. although the exynos is clocked @ 1.2, compared to the X's 1.5, the SGS2 is way faster/smoother/more liquid. It is all around a better device IMHO. Besides the extra .2 in screen difference, this SGS2X is not as good. And that isn't just opinionated, if you do your research, you'll see that this is all backed up in video, graphs, and reviews. The SGS2 is still the best device out ther IMHO, even better than the nexus. The only thing the Nexus has that we cant is the higher resolution. Besides that, there is nothing. Go with the SGS2, I personally peomise when comparing it to the SGS2X, you will not be disappointed.
Once unlocked it will work with any provider in Canada except for Public Mobile.

It says 4g . so it is not LTE i guess. Correct me IF I am wrong.

Why should it works with Koodo without unlocking? The Samsung from Telus I tried on Koodo doesn't work, only LG phone worked from Telus to Koodo so far for me... It may works, but if you didn't try it, I wouldn't say that.
And why it would'nt work on Wind or Mobilicity? Look at Telus website: 3GPP Version 8, 850/1 700 (AWS)/1 900/2 100 EDGE quadriband. Also, this phone is available on T-Mobile, so it should work for all provider in Canada except public mobile, as mentionned before.
It appears that the ICS update for this phone is a little buggy... I have this phone and with all the comments I read about the ICS update, I pass for the moment :P
