Do I really get 2 Gifts?

Yes! You'll get a $50 Rdeals Credit ($10 a month for 5 months) AND a choice of an additional gift.

What is Rdeals? Is that a $50 credit to my Rogers Bill?

Rdeals is not a credit to your monthly statement. RDeals.ca is a fantstic service that offers you amazing daily deals on your favourite finds, including fashion, fitness, food and more! We are giving you five $10 gift certificates - one a month for 5 months - to help you discover your favourite daily deals.

EDIT: seems to be timing out often..keep trying!

Tip from user 'thiefa'
DO NOT GO FOR THE MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION!!

The Shopping Channel also sells magazine subscriptions. And it would be an even better deal than just 3 months of magazine.

Example, Rogers is offering 3 months of Chatelaine. Shopping Channels offers 1 year for $13 with free shipping

And yes, I'm looking at every single product because I can't seem to find one good product to get...
Also,
Use Paypal and receive another $10 cashback on any time purchased between October 19, 2012 and ends October 23, 2012.

Is this by email invite only? Or is it open to ALL Rogers customers? Any idea when it goes "live"?

Take a look at http://rdeals.ca and you can see what's on offer. Looks like a mix between Groupon and DealExtreme/AliExpress/etc. but with fewer cities than Groupon and higher prices than the importers.
