They may be cheapest and safe.

You can also try the stay hotel + parking deals. Spend a night at hotel and you get to leave the car. Depending on time allowed.

I am literally in the same position except I'm moving out so I have no home to park it at. I think it's going to cost about $350 for 2 months at one of the local parking lots at YYZ.

Have you found something better?

It’s all very scammy. I wanted the lowest price of either valet with park n fly or the GTAA lot with train for the upcoming week.

No rhyme or reason why the GTAA price kept fluctuating but I reserved with them on one of the lower prices it offered me. And it’s cancellable up to 24 hours in advance so I’ll keep an eye out for better rates.

No or obviously I would do this.

Does anyone have a map for preferred parking in T1. The instructions provided don't ever seem to work. Very confusing lol

For those looking to save a lot on monthly parking I called around to self storage places near YYZ. The best deals were around $200/month (or 4 weeks depending on) including tax. You'll have to factor in an Uber to and from the airport but for me it saves me $150 per month all things considered.
Not all will have spots available and you can definitely pay more. I didn't go with them but Q storage was one of the lower cost places.

I haven't been off the continent in over 30 years. Going to Europe next week with the family..

Forgive my boomer ignorance, but after using these codes, the best case scenario is going to run me $386 for 15 days. An UBER (again, something I've never used before) is apparently going to run me $41 - $61 and an airport limo more or less the same ( from North York).... which seems less than what I remember paying 30 years ago?

Is there any reason someone would use this service if they live in the GTA, or is it mostly for people travelling from greater distances from Pearson?

Parking at the airport is mainly for the following people:

- Those who live far enough away that Uber is not viable.
- Those who are travelling short term, like 1-2 days, where the parking cost would be less than Uber.
- Those who have a very specific and/or particularly complicated need to have their car readily accessible upon arrival. An example would be that they are driving in from Whitby but upon returning to Pearson, they need to drive immediately to Kitchener.
- Those wealthy enough that the cost of parking is not an issue and their personal convenience is paramount.

For pretty much anyone else though, getting there via Uber or public transit is the most economical option.

Kids and Car Seats is another decently frequent use case (at least for my family)
