If you read just a few comments in this thread you will read the following:
1-People was not able to use their "new" credit card upon cancelation of the "old one"
2- They can not see their points in the new website
3- PR advertise and in private communication that anyone will be able to apply at the beginning of November however they haven't rectify that, just go with the flow.
4- Many can not use their credit cards overseas and are advise to use other forms of payments without telling as to when they will be able to use their credit card again, going for weeks now.
5- Many "agree" that their new platform has "flaws" but they after a month "still working on it" etc etc.
And in your understanding is just about "new applications"

This is a Forum, I have the liberty to say: They can shove it, and you have the liberty to say they are wonderful.
Either way post when everything goes smooth in la la land again (read Meridian)
