1. Download Metro app
2. Put your airmiles number into Metro app
3. Load/Add weekly promotions in Metro app
4. When paying use your metro app (tilt sideways brings up your airmiles card)
5. Promo will apply and deduct price, works self check out too

If you're in Québec then metro does not partner with airmiles (they have their own points program in Québec) and this deal doesn't work
I got these to try cuz they are so affordable - $5 for 12 - these bars are the same hefty size as the hagen daz ones. Had one today - surprisingly good. I usually get the hd bars and these had thick chocolate coating, smooth ice cream. I got the almond type and maybe there's little less crushed almonds in the chocolate? Actually it's quite a lot so I will prolly eat 1/2 a bar each time. Def a good deal.
Got them yesterday (new Metro on Eagleson) and the stocker saw me looking thru the freezer case and asked if I was looking for them - they just came in & he took one off his cart for me - such great service! So if others tried but were oos, it may be that they're just arriving now. GL!
