Do you get the 25 miles back immediately? I just spent the miles and I didn't get the 25 back... Not on my receipt at least

I didn't get them on my receipt either. Metro CSR says they appear on AirMiles account but not receipt. Upon checking my account, the bonus miles aren't there. When I submitted an online inquiry, it says "Bonus reward miles may take up to 120 days." Very disappointed in AirMiles. No excuse not to post them immediately.

120 days I would have forgotten about it already *face palm*

Air Miles have never shown up right away.... Probably because unlike PC it's not an in house reward program. And the receipt doesn't show bonus offers like the 25 when you redeem 95. You have to keep track of it... Although to be honest i have forgotten about it and may have missed out.

I've always received them automatically a few weeks after the promo .

Yes it was approved. Although not pictured, I did buy the breaded version of the wings (not the buffalo style wings).

Metro Quebec do not offer Air Miles, we have the Metro & Moi card instead.

Most people would forget after 120 days to raise an inquiry with Air Miles. I had a few incidents where bonus AM were not credited to my account. There has been no issue with the base points. In comparison PC Points program is super efficient to award base and bonus points right away. In the current times when IT and communication technologies are mature, 120 days of wait time does not make sense. It appears that 120 days could be intentional to be long enough for most people to lose track of bonus miles.
