FYI, the offer for Ivanhoe Cambridge malls in Quebec (buy $200, get a bonus $30 card) is better than the offer for malls in other provinces (buy $250, get $25).

The GCs can be picked up at any Ivanhoe Cambridge mall after placing an order online. However, I'm not sure if I can purchase a $200 gift card online from a mall in Quebec (e.g. Eaton Centre) and get a $30 bonus gift card. If I order from one of the malls in Quebec and the bonus $30 GC does not show up in the order confirmation email, I might only get a $10 bonus gift card when I pick up the $200 GC at Metrotown mall.

You need to buy $125 in order to get $30 bonus.
$10 bonus with $125 + $20 bonus with $20.

Max $750 per person.

Is there a list of stores that this is accepted? I seem to recall Uniqlo, Superstore and some other stores not accepting the Ivanhoe gift cards.

Can one buy the $200 and get $25 for Tsawassen Mills on-line and pickup at Metrotown?

So like can you not buy a 125 gift card and get the $10 gift card + $20 from Amex or are they just not allowing you to split up payments on one gift card?

Yes you can use it at Apple and all the other stores in the link that accepts Metrotown gift cards.
I've used it at Apple before. Not sure about paying Telus/Fido bills though.
