[Michaels] Michael's 50% off one item in store only exclusion apply

Used this coupon in store and was able to get a new whiteboard for the house https://canada.michaels.com/en/black-fr ... 15868.html.

Cahsier also told me there is a survey on the receipt for 25 percent off and is stackable on your next purchase, and maybe buy something small and come back to stack the 50 with the 25

Not sure if this is stackable?

‘Excludes everyday value’

I just got caught by this on a 40% off. I had 3 separate things between myself and friends I was shopping with get labelled as ‘Everyday Value’ (craft kits, more crafts and picture frames).

I went and found the same stuff online for less with free shipping.

Micheals can shove their pricing scheme up their _.

They've always had this on their site. It changes to 40% off every once in a while.

Wait for 55% or 60% off. It's very good to use these coupons on the more expensive art supplies. I used it on a Sakura Koi watercolour set that ended up cheaper than if I got it on Amazon.

My above point about 'Everyday Value' proven. It's BS.

Michaels had 55% off yesterday. I think they have these promos pretty often. 40% off one item is standard.

I've bought E6000 Glue with the coupon before. There's a smaller tube which is Everyday Value, but the bigger one is not Everyday Value. Great stuff IMO as it holds really strong and it works on a variety of materials. Get the clear (vs white/black) as it's more versatile.

https://www.michaels.com/e6000-craft-ad ... 92536.html

This glue is uniquely formulated to meet high-performance needs—think heavy materials like wood, metal and concrete. It’s also excellent for crafts, working with an array of mediums, including fabric, glass, fiberglass, ceramics, leather, rubber, vinyl and many plastics.

Details:
3.7 fl. oz. (109.4 ml)
Washer/dryer safe
Paintable
Photo safe
Dries clear
Withstands heat up to 150 °F/66 °C

Failure is always an option...just not the preferred one!

Yep, with their new 'everyday value' pricing scheme it renders these coupons pretty worthless as over 75% of the stuff in the store is in that 'category'.
