micro sd card error+wifi 5

i have a micro sd card that gives me a error message on windows 10 saying F:\ is not accessible. Please make sure that all required
file system drivers are loaded and that the volume is not corrupted. The micro sd card went into a RAW partition format.
Is the card messed up and basically garbage, it had all my pictures on it can i retrieve them somehow with programs.

and installed a wifi 5 card on my laptop to update the wifi installed latest drivers and use my laptop in the basement on bell hub 3000
5.0ghz speed and i getting close to 250 speed in my basement is there a cheap way to get a much faster speed
