For this price, with the performance of the i5-8250u, I think this is a great deal, just swap the hdd for a SSD

I saw this deal yesterday. Didn't pull the trigger. This one has a 5400 hard drive. This will slow this computer down so much. If you add the cost of a SSD, it is not worth.

Dell has one to sell for 899.99, with $250 more, you have 256G ssd and a higher model, 7000 (this model has metal etc.). So I think the dell one is better.

This has been out of stock for many weeks.

why full HD , but web cam 720p?
I'm wondering that myself, but it's industry norm. I've never heard of a laptop with a 1080p webcam.

That Dell for $879 is their 5000 series and doesn't have as good of build quality as their 7000 series. Take a look at the Lenovo 720S (13" AMD version) for $849 then apply the SAV5XTRACA code to bring it down to $807 and then ebates has an additional 10% off which reduces it to $726 which is a great deal imo for the specs it offers.

720S has serious issue with fan noise and throttling. My i7-8550u 720S performs and benches slower than my i5-8250u Dell 5000
