Saw this today, good post OP. The default price is by far the best monetary value for MS points, at the discounted rate it is an absolute steal.

I just redeemed my points right before this sale. but its ok. It's a super easy way of collecting points and get your membership for free. Takes only about 2 minutes a day of using BING.

True enough. Luckily, they've been making it even easier to gain points lately.

Logging in on consecutive days will earn you 15/day and simply clicking on the daily links nets at least 30 points. I'm also sometimes pleasantly surprised to learn a fact or two whenever they have those 30-point "quizzes". Without doing a single search on Bing, you can earn 1500 points/month. That said, at 6000+ points/month using Bing, it's worth the extra little hassle.

I guess I should start using Bing as my dedicated porn browser.

I just go to the bing front page and click all the news articles. It's an easy way to get the 90 points, or you can follow a suggested/related search train for awhile. Images are super quick. I got thousands of points looking at pokemon & star wars actors.

It appears I can no longer redeem the 12 month subscription option. Only the 1 month and 3 month options appear for me.

12m is sold out. They'll restock, but it might not be until after the deal ends.

How do you "run" out on a digital subscription? lol
It's Microsoft's own product.

Yes, you earn 3 points per Bing search, up to 30 or 150 points per day if you're Level 1 or 2 respectively. You need to earn at least 500 point per month to reach (and maintain) Level 2. You can also earn points by completing activities in your daily set (located in the Rewards Dashboard). You can also earn 1 point per dollar spent in the Microsoft Store (plus exclusive Level 2 offers).
