Got this laptop for my wife when it was on an amazon warehouse deal a couple weeks ago. It's fantastic! Plays the new call of duty Modern Warfare beautifully and its a surprisingly thin and light laptop. She's loving it

Do you know what fps you’re playing COD at? And what graphic settings for it as well? I’m really thinking about pulling the trigger on this

Was thinking about getting a laptop on boxing day. Think there will be better deals than this? Also anyone confirm if its 144hz?

It's certainly a smooth 60 fps on high settings and have no issues with heat dissipation because Nitro Sense is actually good with a fan that you can manually set to turbo which is fantastic.

Man I'm spoiled by the TUF laptop sale over the summer. Nothing compares anymore :(

Oh and mine was a 60Hz panel and not a 144Hz panel (pretty sure that is reserved for the Predator 300)

When you decided to take the time to write this little review. Did you debate whether to add if it had a 144 hz screen or not.

See above.
60 Hz.
BTW, passive aggressiveness not required.

Hi, does the laptop charge using a usb-c port?

Thanks

No it charges with a regular AC port on the right side (which is kind of annoying given that is where the mouse is going to be) but the biggest advantage is the power bar, despite being 135W, is actually very small and easily portable. Almost the size of a MacBook charger.

Anyone know of other deals that have come up with similar specs around the same price? I really like this laptop (all specs are just right), but I am not sure if I can get around the red keyboard lighting. Also, any suggestions on models I might like other than this?
