I recently bought this and have been quite impressed with the value. Sold by Acer certified refurbished, came in like new condition. It does come with a 2 year warranty by third party (I received email shortly after purchase with confirmation). Screen is a nice size, like others have mentioned, although it's taller dimensions to standard screen sizes means there's almost always black bars on top and bottom of videos, in addition to a fairly large bottom bezel. Screen not best suited for outdoor use.
It IS bilingual keyboard, however, it has a standard sized shift/enter button so it's less of an issue than other biling keyboards. Some buttons require holding function key which can be annoying.
Highly recommend given the specs and price point.
